PAPIR / PAPIR A series of room dividers that challenges the strength, fragility and aesthetics of paper as material. The paper varies in density so the dividers according to the individual function varies in transparency and opacity.

I am a classically trained industrial designer with an obsession for materials, their limits, tactility and semiotic. My work often takes shape from a material driven design approach. I believe that this approach to the development of design in many cases can facilitate new, unexpected and innovative design solutions. I strive to create aesthetically pleasing and functional objects that evoke curiosity and challenges conventional ideas.
