The crucial factor underlying the refurbishment of the house was the permanent presence of animals and increase their comfort. A den by the wall organized for the dog, so it can observe the whole house and gives it a sense of security. The ground floor inlaid with granite tiles enables keeping it clean at ease. In the living room, the wooden (ash) floor creates the atmosphere of coziness, for the balance, furniture, and doors are made of American chestnut wood.
