This site-specific installation by Corpus Studio was commissioned for Paris Fashion Week. Homage was paid to Alexander Calder, with the creation of two kinetic mobiles - but with a contemporary twist. One mobile, suspended from the 19th century apartment’s ceiling and the other, transposed on the floor, respond to one another by game of chiastic opposition. The installation, built from steel and mirrors, explores the themes of hedonism & rebirth.
